Meet the People Behind Sitka
Hi! We’re Matt and Lorna.
We’ve always dreamed of building something meaningful together. After countless conversations about starting a business, one idea kept coming back—coffee roasting.
Today, we’re turning that dream into reality. Matt is learning the craft of roasting coffee, while I’m bringing Sitka Roasting Co. to life through branding, storytelling, and building our community.
And of course, there’s Sitka—our goofy, curious black Labrador and the heart behind our name. His love for being part of every adventure inspires so much of what we’re building.
We’re learning every day, celebrating every milestone, and sharing the journey from the very beginning.
